    The most terrible customer service *of all time*. Booked CS Boxall to service the boiler and tend to a repair. I was told that they would come out at the end of the week, but was not given a time (I was told that the engineer would call me on the morning of the allotted day to give me a rough time of arrival). Long story cut short - the engineer didn't call and didn't turn up. After waiting in all day and chasing CS Boxall repeatedly via the telephone, the engineer called me to rearrange for another day (he'd had a busy day, it was the end of the week, he essentially couldn't be bothered). When I said that the repair needed doing urgently - we had been without heating for 24 hours, and didn't want to be left without heating all weekend in the coldest spell of the year yet - he very, very begrudgingly agreed to come out to us. He then stayed for 15 minutes, bashing the heck out of the boiler. My husband then caught him trying to sneak out without speaking to us/giving us an update. When pressed he admitted that the boiler wasn't fixed, but that he had applied a temporary fix which "might" last the weekend, and that he'd come back another day and deal with it. Later that night, I noticed one of the pipes coming from the boiler was leaking water onto the floor (this was not happening pre-temporary fix) and the boiler was making a terrible rattling noise. The temporary fix did not last all weekend, unsurprisingly. Their telephone customer service leaves *a lot* to be desired - it swings between rude and defensive, and completely disinterested. After speaking to the same person many times on the day the boiler was supposed to be repaired (three days ago), I called just now for an update on the situation and was spoken to as though they had never, ever heard of me before.... This is not the first time they've let us down either - last year they failed to turn up to fix the boiler (the engineer "got lost" on the way to our house, and turned up three days later). Stupidly I gave them a second chance. Huge mistake!
