  SHOCKING SERVICE. I definately do not recommend this company After paying for the construction of a wardrobe and after 3 (yes 3) attempts to align the sliding mirrored doors it does still not not close properly. Mr. Rees Who is apparently the owners son is unpleasant to deal with and not prepared to fix the problem. To make matters even worse he failed to keep an appointment to view the wardrobes himself without even an apology. I DEFINATELY DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment.

  APPALING CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could put 0 stars I would, the customer service is extremely poor. Rhys was unpleasant and unreasonable to deal with as we had issues which have led from ordering in Jan to expecting the full order to be here by April as opposed to February. We had issues with both orders meaning we will be left in our new home nearly 4 months without storage for out belongings. After paying hundreds out all we are being offered is free assembly as opposed to a voucher or partial refund and all Rhys could emphasize was that it wasn't their fault but the suppliers. Not to mention 5 weeks extra to wait for new order as the pictures sent off to two lots of people at place for homes didn't suffice as proof for them So we had to be home for their pointless visit. Really really not good enough. Had our eye on a sofa there which a small voucher of compensation would have gone towards but not a chance now. What harm would a goodwill voucher of about 25 pounds done. It's the principle of it.
